What a well-appointed hotel with very amiable staff at check-in with the front desk clerk! Comfortable and unbeatable location close to main attractions and a motorway. Near a museum and a theatre in the industrial area.

stayed at a hotel in denver this summer and it was delightful! the rooms were modern and spotless, with a fantastic pool area. breakfast had a good selection, and the staff made my stay enjoyable and welcoming.

the hot water was inconsistent.

our room 120 was right next to the laundry room! noise all day long. room was on the ground floor directly by the swimming pool (noisy because the door always closed), bad windows because you could hear every car (highway in front) passing through. hotel is really very nice, modern, centrally located, well kept but very ringing. avoid room 120 urgently. i didn't sleep a wink and fly home tomorrow (10 hours! hopefully other rooms are better than ours.

Comfortable sleep in the Queen Room with two queen beds, providing good space for a family. The shuttle service to the convention center was a solid perk, ensuring smooth commutes regardless of the busy traffic.

The first room had significant cleanliness issues with crumbs and even mold in the shower. Another room dealt with poor maintenance-the bathroom door had a noticeable hole making it less than ideal, plus the sheets weren't changed properly, leading to an unsettling first impression. There were signs of wear, like stained carpets throughout the hotel, giving it a more neglected vibe than expected.

The cleaning of the room is not done on the 2nd day. The reception of some hostesses.

Thank you everyone for a very good stay with added surprises to local events. Bright room, great bed and we liked fairly clean bathroom. The accommodation had a central location to the local downtown area.

The breakfast buffet was poppin', a feast with many choices just waiting to be devoured. The staff were super friendly, making check-in feel like visiting old pals. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean and comfy-perfect for recharging after a long day of exploration!

Though the communal areas looked a bit tired and gave a 'needs refreshing' vibe, everything still shined when it came to the essentials. A minor hiccup, just like a flat tire on the way to the mountains.

staff per se was very friendly. for almost every problem there was a solution. laundry and room were fantastic. cleaning personnel was exclusively spanish speaking, thing that i received as very pleasant. here, quality was very high. my respect to the cleaning personnel!

we travelled in pairs, did not arrive at the same time due to different bookings. deposit we paid was almost not refunded, because my colleague left the room 12 hours before. unfortunately, reception didn't tear out a leg here but let us drive across denver again so that we could pay the hotel bill. we assumed that also a second guest in a room can get the deposit and not only the one who deposited it, although both stay in the same room. here is a strong potential for improvement.

We had a great stay! The breakfast was better than expected with made-to-order omelets, and the friendly staff made everything smooth despite our room mix-up. Our room was clean and comfy, just needed a bit more attention to the decor.

the room was super clean with comfy beds and great amenities like a fridge and a flat-screen TV. the fitness center was a plus for keeping up with workouts. breakfast had an amazing spread with hot items and fresh fruit, which made mornings enjoyable. staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze.
